You don`t say where you are. If you`re in uk there is a work from home booklet that lists all jobs you can do at home. Not sure where you would get it though - have a look online.

i am with a company that lets me do alot of work at home but has work outside of the home with minimal hours. lets face it being a stay at home mom is great but we can all use a break out side of the home and meet great people while doing it. the company is Home and Garden Party and we are featured in the may issue of Oprah. there are great benifits with this including flexible hours. e mail me if you have any questions.

transcriptions you can find online courses to take. and most doctors offices want at least 2+ years experience before they hire someone new. so not sure about other work at home jobs, other than selling stuff on ebay/craigslist or babysitting for someone else.
