What are some ideas for partime work out of my home preferably in the medical field?

My experience includes 9yrs working for a large drug company as a client facing representative. this is a mid management level position. I do not have a degree but I’ve got tons of customer service experience and right now i’m making 43per year. i want to stay home so i can be home with my kids. I’d like to stay in the medical field if possible. thanks
