Are any of the work at home deals wort it?

I’m a nanny right now but I’m afraid I’ll be put on bed rest soon. I can’t get an office job because no one will hire a pregnant woman, and I don’t have much experience anyway. And then returning as a nanny would be difficult if I have to put my 2 sons in day care to watch someone elses kids… any help would be greatly appreciated.
